Anjing, from Beijing, is proficient in Chinese pastry and has a high-level certificate. She founded her own studio-An’s Creations after graduating from the New Zealand Western Cooking and Pastry Professional School. Anjing is committed to promoting a delicious + healthy diet; “only stimulates the taste buds and does not stimulate the weight” is her principle. So An’sCreations is a place where you can feast on your taste. The beautifully crafted little things here are of high quality, low in calories, and taste through the East and the West; under the gorgeous appearance are the original ingredients and Anjing hopes you will have fun and eat well.
